It is a requirement of the Access for All learning initiative that every student, as well as their respective parent or guardian, must complete the online prior to receiving a Chromebook. The student's Google login credentials (district email address and password) are required in order to view and submit the form. For information about obtaining these credentials, click here. Once the form is submitted, the district system will update within 5 minutes showing that the student has watched the orientation video and has agreed to the terms of the program. The student would be eligible to receive their device during Registration Week or as they enroll within the district.
The second and final requirement of the program is to watch the Access for All 1:1 orientation video, which is built into the online form and is also available here to view at any time.
